Lagos State Public Procurement Agency Introduces
e-Procurement Vendor Registration Module
In compliance with the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency (PPA) Law Chapter 56, Volume 6, Law of Lagos State 2015 and Guideline on the implementation of procurement process in Lagos State, the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency has completed all arrangements and processes of migration to e–Procurement platform with the commencement of the Vendor Registration Module on Wednesday 10th April, 2019.
The migration to e–Procurement platform by Lagos State Public Procurement Agency will further deepen the implementation, workability and effectiveness of procurement process, with the aim of improving the ease of doing business and make it easier for all Stakeholders in the procurement cycle to conduct business engagements and transactions with Lagos State Government from the comfort of their respective Offices and Homes.
In addition, the Agency’s migration seeks to entrench the core values of Public Procurement that is, probity, accountability, transparency, competitiveness, value-for-money and fairness in the execution of Government Projects and Programmes.
To this end, Lagos State Public Procurement Agency is desirous of delivering an excellent and efficient service delivery to all the Stakeholders in line with International best practices and the State Government vision of a smart City.
The Vendor Registration Module of the e-Procurement Platform will be the first module that was launched (amongst several others) on Wednesday, 10th of April, 2019 by the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency.
